Located on the Las Vegas Strip, Caesars Palace is a Las Vegas landmark. With its towering row of fountains leading to its entrance, this hotel revolutionized the Strip when it opened in 1966. Now it's almost a city unto itself. This Roman themed hotel has all the amenities one has come to expect from a Las Vegas venue. All meeting functions will take place in the Palace Tower where a limited number of sleeping rooms have been reserved.

For the convenience of attendees, a limited number of rooms have been reserved in the Palace Tower until January 19, 2010 at a discounted rate of $209 per night single or double occupancy, plus tax, currently at 12%. There is an additional charge of $30 per person, per night, for more than two people in a room, with a maximum of 4 people per guestroom. This rate is not guaranteed outside the conference dates or after Tuesday, January 19, 2010.

To reserve your room please contact the Caesars Palace reservations department at +1 (866) 227-5924. The discounted rate is not available online. To receive the group rate, callers must identify themselves as being with the 16th Annual NOCR Meeting group. Reservation requests received after Tuesday, January 19, 2010 may not be guaranteed the group rate.

Caesars Palace Policies

  • Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest of 21 years or age or older
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to the first night’s guestroom and tax charge. Guests can cancel their hotel room up to 72 hours before their scheduled arrival date without penalty. If cancelation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date guest will be charged for 1 night plus tax.
  • Check-in time is 4 pm
  • Check-out time is 11 am. Any departures after 11 am are subject to the full day charge.
