For the convenience of attendees, a room block with a limited number of rooms has been reserved at the discounted group rate of $199.00 single/double occupancy, plus tax, currently at 12%. This limited number of discounted rooms will be available until January 11, 2011. This discounted rate is not guaranteed outside the conference dates. Reservations received after January 11, 2011 or after the room block has been filled (whichever comes first) are subject to availability and prevailing hotel rates.

To receive the group rate callers must identify themselves as being with the Imedex Annual NOCR Meeting Group or use the group code SCIME1. You can also reserve your room online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/SCIME1. This link will take you directly to the meeting’s hotel reservation page. The discounted rate is NOT available from the main Caesars Palace website. Reservation requests received after Tuesday, January 11, 2011 may not be guaranteed the group rate.

Caesars Palace Policies

• Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest of 21 years or age or older
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to the first night’s guestroom and tax charge. Guests can cancel their hotel room up to 72 hours before their scheduled arrival date without penalty. If cancelation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date guest will be charged for 1 night plus tax.
• Check-in time is 4 pm
• Check-out time is 11 am. Any departures after 11 am are subject to the full day charge.
